Duties
This position is located in the Total Army Schools System (TASS) Regiments or Regional Training Institute (RTI). Its purpose is to perform a variety of support duties necessary to accomplish Department of the Army training mission as reflected in the Army Program for Individual Training(ARPRINT) resource document Involves nonprofessional work of a technical, specialized, or support nature in the field of education and training when the work requires knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures, or pertinent regulatory requirements affecting the education or training activity. Work includes education and training tasks for maintenance, operations, and support training; education services; curriculum development; and instructor activities. Work includes developing, delivering, and evaluating education and training programs and classroom activities.
Education
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree with Superior Academic Achievement for two-grade interval positions in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualifications and perform the duties of the position, or, 1 academic year of graduate education (or law school, as specified in qualification standards or individual occupational requirements) in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualifications and perform the duties of the position. Army National Guard and Air National Guard Enlisted Technicians – High school or general equivalent degree is mandatory. An under-graduate degree from an accredited college/university is optimum. An academic degree with courses in education, grammar and composition, speech, psychology, guidance, and sociology; or, social and behavioral sciences defines a best qualified candidate.
