Summary

About the position: This position will be assigned to the Moose Run Golf Course on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This is a Seasonal position Not-To-Exceed 31-Oct-2026. This position is Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility.

Duties

Operates field-type tractors with attachments to maintain the grasses at the golf course. Operates a variety of equipment to include but not limited to the following:

• Mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, clippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, moveable dozer, blades, backhoe, and other equipment ranging from small handheld applicators to tractor drawn liquid and solid dispensers.
• Makes all adjustments to equipment to ensure proper settings, connections, and mechanical soundness of equipment.
• Observes all safety rules and regulations pertaining to vehicle operation.
• Performs operator maintenance on field-type tractors and related equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education
