Duties
- Assist in daily monitoring of dispositions, receipt processing, turn-ins, researching, inventory control, location changes in storage, and shipping.
- Conduct monthly inventories on two high turnover hand receipts, ensuring all postings are accurate.
- Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments and the capabilities of the employees.
- Develop performance plans and evaluates employees.
- Prepare documentation for property discrepancies identified during inventories.
- Manage data input across multiple authorized property accounting systems.
