- This position is located in the Office of General Counsel (OGC), Departmental Enforcement Center.
- OGC is the chief legal office of the Department, the principal legal adviser to the Secretary and staff of HUD, and the head of the Departmental Enforcement Center.
- OGC provides legal opinions, advice, and services with respect to all Departmental programs and activities and assists in the development of HUD programs and policies.
- OGC also provides functional legal counsel on defensive and affirmative litigation and the development of legislation and regulations.
- As a Supervisory Operations Oversight Analyst, you will: Serve as the Satellite Office Director, and, as such, exercises authority as a subject matter expert concerning the planning and execution of assigned DEC program operations.
- In this capacity, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Satellite Office with technical assistance and advice and performs work assignments involving the interpretation of policies and procedures relating to HUD programs.
- Serve as an internal consultant and principal advisor of the Center with HUD program offices, Hub field offices, Program Centers, and the Office of the Regional Administrator.

- A one year supervisory or managerial probationary period may be required.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- Background Investigation will be required.
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
