Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Division of Data Operations & Maintenance (DDOM), Enterprise Architecture and Data Group (EADG). As a Supervisory IT Specialist (DATAMGMT), GS-2210-15, you will direct the planning, analysis, and operation activities related to Agency’s enterprise Database Administration and Data Warehouse programs.
Duties
- Identify developmental and training needs of employees; approves or arranges for needed development and training.
- Direct the planning, organization, and coordination of activities to build and maintain CMS’s Medicare and Medicaid program databases and data warehouse policies and procedures, and related hardware and software technical requirements.
- Provide feedback for performance appraisals through agency performance management program.
- Serve as the Division Director performing programmatic administrative responsibilities to direct, manage, and accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization.
