Duties
- Provides day-to-day leadership and directs work assignments in relation to the Grand Coulee Power Office (GCPO) maintenance operations program.
- Ensures continuous coordination and collaboration of personnel with other GCPO managers, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Plans and schedules short- and long-range maintenance activities, determining manpower, tooling, equipment, and material requirements to meet established objectives.
- Coordinates closely with area supervisors, engineering staff, and other project stakeholders to maintain consistent work direction and meet prioritized operational objectives.
- Monitors progress of ongoing work, resolves scheduling conflicts, and recommends changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Works in collaboration with union representatives to address outstanding concerns and maintain constructive labor management relations.
- Performing other related duties as assigned within this job classification.
Requirements
