Duties
- As the Senior Advisor for Program and Execution, you will be an authoritative expert and key advisor to senior Department of the Air Force (DAF) leadership on the implementation of strategic acquisition objectives for the nation's most critical space programs.
- In this role, you will: Serve as a recognized authority for the strategic leadership of the new SAF/SQ mission, accelerating the acquisition and delivery of resilient, integrated space capabilities to the warfighter.
- Advise and inform the creation, development, and delivery of next-generation space capabilities by integrating advanced technology and processes to solve critical operational needs.
- Provide authoritative technical and programmatic evaluations and independent assessments of program execution against cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
- Leverage expert budgetary and programmatic skills to build consensus toward the development and implementation of reliable and cost-effective solutions for space capabilities.
- Establish and maintain working relationships to identify and resolve critical program issues involving the Intelligence Community, other federal agencies, and international partners.
Education
A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution is highly desired.
