Summary
You will serve as a Regional Dispatch Training & Quality Specialist of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
Duties
- You will establish and implement a quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) program for the dispatch center.
- You will design and implement training programs including benchmarks, timelines, and available learning support tools and methods.
- You will provide classroom instruction for newly hired employees and coordinate on-the-job training of all emergency management dispatchers.
- You will perform routine dispatch services.
- You will instruct shift employees on specific duties and job techniques and make available written instructions, reference materials, etc.
