Duties
- Lead and manage the DHA OWHA Chief of Innovation Division and enterprise performance improvement program.
- Serve as the DHA’s senior subject matter expert for performance management and improvement science.
- Lead high-impact, cross-agency strategic improvement initiatives.
- Oversee DHA performance improvement training, staff development, and coaching.
- Develop and deliver enterprise performance and improvement reports to senior leaders and external authorities.
- Conduct enterprise-level reviews and analyses of strategic performance and improvement outcomes.
- Ensure DHA and MHS strategic alignment across Services, OSD, and Health Affairs.
