Summary
You will serve as a Materials Handler of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND.
Duties
- You will receive and stow materials and supplies in designated storage areas, ensuring that materials are segregated by hazard types.
- You will perform routine warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing and staging materials.
- You will perform physical inventory counts and location audits to maintain inventory validity.
- You will update automated supply information systems, such as the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) system, to reflect receipts, stows, location changes, issues, and inventory counts.
- You will operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) rated up to 30,000 lbs in performance of this work and conduct daily safety checks for proper operations of safety features.
