Duties
- Communicates on a daily basis with the Associate General Counsel (AGC), Employment Law Branch(ELB)Attorneys, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) representatives, Department of Justice (DOJ) representatives, and other federal agency and court representatives to ensure that all of ELB’s cases are processed in compliance with the rules and regulations of each of these entities.
- Responsible for the initial receipts, assessment, analysis and categorization of all labor and employment law complaints and requests for assistance received bye ELB from all sources.
- Performs organizational and data collection studies on a wide variety of projects.
- Assists the AGC and Supervisory Attorneys in developing the yearly budget for processing complaints.
- Develops and evaluates programs and operations in terms of meeting in the overall objectives
Requirements
