- Oversees daily manpower activities, advises leaders on staffing needs, and ensures compliance with personnel policies.
- Review workload and organizational data to recommend staffing levels and improve workforce efficiency.
- Review and approve personnel actions, maintains accurate manpower records, and coordinates closely with HR and Budget.
- Compile and analyze mission and staffing data to produce recurring reports and justification documents for leadership.
- Update organizational structures and positions in manpower systems while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
