Duties
- Inspects equipment and facilities for proper operation and working condition Service and make repairs to heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment including fans, motors, radiator, thermostats, and dampers.
- Performs a variety of routine semi-skilled to skilled maintenance duties as required, such as electrical, general mechanical, general plumbing, general welding, etc.
- Tasks include a variety related to electrical, carpentry, painting, plasterwork, cement and tile setting, roofing, gardening, pipefitting, plumbing, air conditioning, boiler plant, and heating equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Selectee may be subject to a probationary period ESEP appointees typically serve a two year trial period U.S.
