Summary
You will serve as a LOFTER in the Shipfitter Shop (Shop 11A), Hull Division (TRF Code 310), Repair Department (TRF Code 300) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
- You will transmit any measurement errors discovered by plan disagreements to design engineering codes for resolution.
- You will prepare corrected mold loft layouts as necessary and reports changes and conditions to designated design agent.
- You will develop fabrication and assembly drawings used in the manufacture of fabrication of shipboard components.
- Fabricates structural assemblies in shop and plans layout positioning.
- You will remove/repair/replace various damaged shipboard parts, component and structure.
