Summary

Duties
- You will work under closer supervision and work in advanced developmental capacity performing assignments and undertaking training.
- You will perform duties as they are assigned.
- You will support Internet and intranet systems for both NCMI, legacy and commercial cloud environments.
- You will evaluate and modify system's performance.
- You will identify user needs.
- You will troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- You will administer desktop computers, printers, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches (STIGS).
- You will ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together
- You will analyzes user requirements, system documentation, and operational conditions to determine if the system meets business and mission needs and is operating as intended.

For GS-09: master’s or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related For GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
