Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Communications Exercise Planner for Headquarters United States European Command (USEUCOM), ECJ6/C4. The ECJ6 provides integrated and synchronized communication capabilities to enable USEUCOM operations.

Duties

• Participate in the development, planning, management, and execution of C4 training exercises.
• Lead C4 exercise planning for HQ USEUCOM Theater of Operation with specialized expertise and focus on North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) operations and training.
• EnsureC4 training objectives are developed for USEUCOM Exercises.
• Oversee the planning and development of resources in support of exercises and represents the command in the development, coordination, and conduct of intra-service planning conferences.
