Summary

About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-W0KGAA US ARMY JOINT COUNTER-UAS OFFICE.

Duties

  • Serve as the foremost subject matter expert on the application and portrayal of Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CsUAS) threats in an operational environment (OE).
  • Develop and present intelligence analysis and briefing products to a wide variety of senior leaders on all aspects of CsUAS in response to requests for information (RFIs).
  • Ensure Organizational adherence to directives, regulations, and security requirements.
  • Participate in intelligence community and interagency conferences, meetings, and working groups to provide expertise on CsUAS intelligence production and programmatic issues.
  • Explain and interpret CsUAS intelligence and threats to senior leaders within training centers, test centers, major wargames and experiments.
  • Provide authoritative advice on the integration and portrayal of the OE and threat in wargames and experiments that have major impacts across the Department of War enterprise.
