Duties
Establishes and implements military personnel programs oversight and evaluation requirements/processes to ensure service delivery at the command and in the field operates in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements and in support of command/directorate goals and mission requirements Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Military Personnel Programs Branch, ensuring that Air Combat Command complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Represents Air Combat Command Military Personnel Programs Branch with a variety of Agency, Command, and functional area organizations Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides work assignment direction and advisory to military and civilian employees assigned to Military Personnel Programs Branch
