Duties
- Carries out various assignments affecting a range of human resources issues supporting DAF-wide Civilian Development programs.
- Informs and/or advises employees, management, and CFTs about training to include benefits, entitlements, obligations associated with training attendance, and responsibilities and procedures outlined in applicable regulations.
- Prepares written correspondence and provides briefings to educate and advise on civilian development matters.
- Manages the CFT Leadership Development Training portfolio.
- Facilitates the monthly CFT Training Monitor meetings.
