Summary
You will serve as a HOUSING MANGEMENT SPECIALIST in the FLEET and FAMILY HOUSING DEPARTMENT (N93) of NSA ANNAPOLIS.
Duties
- You will use computer software to document contract phases of repairs and maintenance are being met and recorded.
- You will conduct housekeeping inspections during occupancy to ensure residents are meeting sanitation standards.
- You will compose changes to housing policies, procedures, and practices to increase efficiency.
- You will perform other duties at the discretion and direction of management.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: I have successfully completed a master’s or equivalent graduate degree. OR Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master’s degree. OR Successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.ORA combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
