Summary
This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for providing analytical and operational support to the DTAC Director, Asvab Cep National Program Manager, and other team members in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the Asvab Cep.
Duties
- As a Data Management Analyst (Asvab Cep) at the Gs-0301-12/13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Performing detailed analysis of operational data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Managing small- to medium-sized projects by developing project plans, tracking progress, managing resources, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining data management systems, generating reports and dashboards, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of program data to support decision-making.
- Providing data-driven insights, management consulting, and advisory services to leadership on programmatic and operational issues.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
