Duties
- Serves as a Command Support Specialist in the Command Office of DLA Disposition Services.
- Acts as a principal focal point for coordinating the clerical and administrative activities of the Command Office, both internally and with outside organizations.
- Responsible for maintaining suspense database of action items/taskers
- Reviews directives, policy statements, memoranda, sensitive communications, and correspondence in accordance with the correspondence guide and then controls, segregates, and organizes these documents according to their importance to the mission.
- Attends conferences and briefings and prepares summary of discussions and resolutions.
- Arranges the travel for the Director and Deputy Director including completion of agenda, itineraries, schedules, air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, customer visits, trip books, fact sheets, point papers, and briefing charts.
