Summary
This position is located at the Washington: Joint Base Lewis-McChord Army Fisher House. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Duties
- The incumbent provides support to the Fisher House Manager and acts as the housing manager in their absence
- Provides direct, on site management and administration of facilities and evaluates established programs and administrative procedures
- Participates in the development, execution, review and analysis of the Fisher Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Budget
- Under the Fisher House Manager's direction, implements new procedures, regulations and guidelines concerning house operations
- Participates in coordinating and supervising volunteers and contract employees, such as housekeepers, repairmen, landscapers, etc
Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
