Duties

  • You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT (OA) and be responsible for serving as the principal administrative support to the Sector Corpus Christi Command Cadre, Corpus Christi, TX and provides administrative processing and support for the manager/supervisor and/or immediate office staff and oversees production and processing of administrative services on behalf of the entire organization.

  • Typical work assignments include: Providing assistance and direction to staff members regarding procedures, administrative requirements, need for information, and relates information.
  • Responding to routine and non-technical requests for information such as status of reports, suspense dates for matters requiring compliance, and similar information readily available from files.
  • Drafting non-technical correspondence when provided with routine outline of points to cover Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Requests: If you believe you have a disability (i.e., physical or mental), covered by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended that would interfere with completing the USA Hire Competency Based Assessments, you will be granted the opportunity to request a RA in your online application.
