Summary

You will serve as a Management Analyst at NAVY INFORMATION OPERATIONS CMD HAWAII PACIFIC in Kunia, Wahiawa, Hawaii. As a manpower and manning subject matter expert, you will be responsible for performing manpower analysis and providing advice and recommendations on all matters relating to military/civilian end strength, including manpower requirements, authorizations, and billet/position management.

Duties

  • You will provide liaison with Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), U.S.
  • Fleet Cyber Command (FCC), and National Security Agency (NSA) and subordinate commands regarding manpower and manning.
  • You will advise on the most efficient and economical approaches to achieve effective operation of the organization's workforce and resource management.
  • You will solicit, articulate, and coordinate manpower/manning needs and requirements for inclusion in program/budget builds.
  • You will analyze organizational needs, recommend billet management requirements, and advise management on improvements to the internal organizational structure.
  • You will gather, review, interpret, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple sources to provide solutions to assigned problems.
  • You will plan, develop, and conduct management reviews, manpower studies, and research projects to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
  • You will interpret and analyze existing internal processes and procedures to address administrative management requirements and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • You will provide guidance to managers/supervisors and employees on manpower/manning processes and procedures.
