Duties
- Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist providing technical and advisory assistance in support of the information management needs of the United States Attorney's Office (USAO).
- Performs a variety of tasks associated with the day-to-day operations and administration of IT and related systems within the Office of the United States Attorney.
- Typical work assignments will include:
- Maintaining network architecture and infrastructure.
- Resolving hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability.
- Monitoring functionality, security, and integrity of internet services.
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer hardware and software.
- Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
Education
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
