Duties
- Serves as a subject matter expert on USCIS law and DHS policies and procedures as they relate to immigration
Facilitates and conducts training for subordinate staff on standardized procedures and processes related to their duties - Provides technical and administrative supervision to the unit
- Prepares performance work plans and appraisals, establishes unit objectives, goals, priorities, deadlines; formulates plans to address substantial changes in workload, and adjusts work schedules to meet priorities and achieve mission requirements
