Summary

This position is located in the DEA, Operation Support Division, Aviation Division. This position(s) primary purpose is to analyze, develop and implementing plans, methods and procedures of the DEA Aviation Division property and supply program.

Duties

  • As a your typical work assignments may include:
  • Maintain automated inventory systems for the management of inventory and accountability management of technical equipment for
  • DEA assigned aircraft and is responsible for the administration and maintenance of automated records to include the cost and pricing of inventory
  • Responsible for accountable and non-accountable property and the transfer of accountable property
  • Serve as the point of contact between DEA Aviation
  • Division and other federal agencies on matters relating to excessing or transferring of aircraft and inventory items
  • Analyze and resolve critical issues involved in highly technical supply systems, international and domestic in scope, provides direction in evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the system to support the Aviation
  • Division logistics program
  • Serve as an alternate, responsible for processing and tracking Visas and Passports for
  • Government personnel in support of Aviation
  • Division's foreign operations.
