Duties
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the department.
- Provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- Provide comprehensive oversight of all Patient Administration activities.
- Resolve employee complaints and refer serious unresolved complaints to higher level management.
- Recognize and take action to correct situations posing a threat to the health or safety of subordinates.
- Ensure proper management of fiscal, personnel, equipment, and space resources supporting patient administration operations.
