The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Training Specialist developing programs of instruction for the Small Unmanned Aerial Systems and Counter- Small Unmanned Aerial Systems for the Training and Air Operations Branch of the Air Force Security Forces Center, Detachment 3, a Primary Sub Unit (PSU) of the Air Force Installations and Mission Support Center.

Duties

  • Prepares technical articles, technical letters, guidance, training, and other official publications and forms of information transfer for the Air Force regarding the SUAS and C-SUAS programs.
  • Develops, reviews, and revises Suas/c-suas flying training instructional materials in accordance with established learning objectives.
  • Using training experience and knowledge of Suas/c-suas flying training, develops the plan and measurement devices for measuring achievement of instructional objectives.
  • Performs Government Flight Representative (GFR) duties in accordance with DCMA Instruction 8210.lC as a Government civilian in an Aviation position.
