Duties

Serve as the consultant nurse for Women’s Health Service Line regarding breastfeeding issues.
Establish and maintain a regular follow-up system of continuing care for mothers and their infants.
Identify and manage own caseload of mother/baby patient.
Develop documentation record to track progress and patient concerns.
Actively promote breastfeeding and assist mothers in reaching their own goals.
Support programs already in place.
