About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. Duties

• Develop long range work plans to meet workload changes and alleviate production delays.
• Analyze production schedules for maintenance production programs to reduce cost and avoid cost overruns.
• Approve leave of subordinate supervisors and reviewing personnel actions or employee performance appraisals.
• Develop recommendations and rationale for execution of operation and budgeting programs.
• Participate in operational and business planning with top level management and key officials for the purpose of determining working capital and industrial funding needs.
