Duties
- Develop long range work plans to meet workload changes and alleviate production delays.
- Analyze production schedules for maintenance production programs to reduce cost and avoid cost overruns.
- Approve leave of subordinate supervisors and reviewing personnel actions or employee performance appraisals.
- Develop recommendations and rationale for execution of operation and budgeting programs.
- Participate in operational and business planning with top level management and key officials for the purpose of determining working capital and industrial funding needs.
