Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of financial data, operational metrics, and user feedback to evaluate current support service effectiveness and assess customer needs, identify abnormal trends, and identify customer-focused solutions.
  • Assess financial and customer risk to develop targeted strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Evaluate data to recommend procedural adaptations and improve overall customer and stakeholder experience.
  • Analyze, assess, and lead projects with DFAS directorates to optimize customer service processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing technical advice, leadership, and mentorship to staff on resolving complex, customer-focused challenges.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data to continually evaluate user experience with DFAS products and services.
  • Identify and document improvement opportunities and actionable recommendations in narrative form to pursue continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify user experience issues that have potential to compromise the quality or timeliness of customer deliverables.
  • Ensure efforts mitigate negative impacts on internal and external stakeholders while aligning with the agency mission.
