Duties
- You will: Serve as senior budget officer, lead long-term budget strategy, shape policies on budget formulation and strategic planning, and establish plans and courses of action.
- Exercise independent oversight of national program level budgets, interpret guidelines, and prepare briefing materials for the Office of Management and Budget and Congressional budget hearings.
- Lead the development and execution of organizational operating plan, collaborate with staff and peers to ensure a shared understanding of program direction and its implications for international and Tribal programs.
- Advise on the development of workplans and strategic objectives, train/develop funds control officials, represent organization in meetings related to budgetary and financial responsibilities.

Requirements
