About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the FSWO – Maxwell & Gunter Bowling Facilities. The primary function of the position is to provide support duties for the FSS Food and Beverage Operation.
Duties
- Duties and Responsibilities: Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties for the Bowling Program to include Food and Beverage.
- Enters all invoices, receiving documents and blank purchase agreements into Internet Based Purchasing System (IBS).
- Reconciles facility invoices, and transfers between Cost Centers.
- Serves as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations.
- Ensures all information is accurate and timely.
- Initiates AF Forms 1875 and completes AF Form 1876.
- Collects cash receipts, cash register tapes, checks, credit card receipts, coupons, and other supporting documentation.
- Prepares and issues change funds as required.
- Prepares and makes daily bank deposits.
- Ensures that all monies are accounted for by balancing with the posting of funds placed in the activity's safe before actual bank deposit.
- Prepares cash reports and notifies management of any suspected irregularities.
- Ensures proper accounting codes for all sales are included in the cashier's report Uses time management system software, performs duties as timekeeper, responsible for entering time and attendance records.
- Run reports and inputs into computer programs such as Food Trac Time Management and Bowling software.
- Inputs sales and expenses into daily Profit & Loss statement accounts.
