Summary
The Voucher Examiner position is located at the Pawnee Indian Health Center in Pawnee, Oklahoma. The incumbent performs debt management and accounts receivable support functions within the Business Office. Incumbent reports to the Business Office Supervisory Health System Specialist. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
Duties
- Reviews delinquent patient records for any outstanding balances and follows up with patients.
- Prepares and processes a variety of documents related to patients with outstanding balances.
- Maintains a patient account filing system.
- Resolves difficult reconciliation discrepancies.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Requirements

- Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
