Duties
- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Director of Communications, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Providing supervision and oversight which requires significant coordination of a number of projects of technical and administrative work comparable in difficulty up to the GS-14 level.
- Providing expert advice and consultation to ACF senior leadership with respect to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of communications about ACF's programs.
- Developing consistent and effective messages that enhance media advocacy, public relations, and outreach efforts.
- Maintaining contact directly in meetings, conferences and reviews with high level agency executive staff administering ACF and HHS programs.
