Duties
- This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10) As a Supervisory Mission Support Specialist, your typical job assignments will include: Supervising a group of administrative employees responsible for assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations.
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services.
- Planning, assigning, and adjusting work priorities for subordinates to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Evaluating work performance, providing guidance, and counseling employees on work and administrative matters.
- Interviewing candidates, recommending personnel actions, and resolving employee complaints and minor disciplinary issues.
