The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the 1 AF Commander. Directs the strategic integration of all multi-functional administrative and resource operations for the Component Numbered Air Force (C-NAF) enterprise, encompassing 21 geographically separated units.
Duties
– Plans, organizes, and oversees all 1 AF Staff functions, providing executive leadership and management. – Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. – Represents the 1 AF Commander as the senior civilian authority in high-level engagements. – Serves as the principal administrative and management advisor to the 1 AF Commander and Chief of Staff, formulating and directing administrative policies for all C-NAF operations.
