Duties
As an Ammunition Inspector, Wg-6501-8, you will conduct pre-issue inspection of ammunition items prior to issue; assist in the inspection of ammunition, to include performing maintenance, care, preservation, shipping and storage operations, assuring compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, drawings, etc. during operations; be knowledgeable and responsible for the requirements of all ammunition management documentation; assist in the National Level Ammunition Capability (NLAC) resupply and excess management process as required; maintain general knowledge of ammunition processes, regulations, and inspection requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
