Duties

  • The primary purpose of this position is: To provide the full range of aviation management resources for the unit pertaining to assigned rated/ non-rated / career enlisted / non-career enlisted aircrew.
  • Provide accurate data analysis to unit and operational leadership, ensuring force and resource readiness to accomplish unit mission and an effective liaison with other agencies, functions, and individuals.
  • Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.
  • Duties: 1: Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. 2: Maintains and updates Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS), Patriot Excalibur (PEX)/Omni, and other aviation management software: Operates, maintains, and monitors all pertinent aviation management software at the unit level. 3: Researches, validates, and interprets public law, Air Force guidance, and medical/physiological documentation to monitor and manage flying and ground training requirements. 4: Substantiates personnel listings, determines position status and performs a wide range of administrative duties.
