The Cincinnati VHA Medical Center is seeking a Quality Management Consultant RN in Primary Care Service. - Major duties may include but not limited too: Demonstrates performance that improves the care for a group of patients.
- Responsible for the documented outcomes at the program level.
- Demonstrate program level outcomes at any organizational level within a department and/or facility.
- Program is defined as a substantial coordinated group of activities impacting patients and/or employees.
- Responsible for their assigned quality management program area activities for the Medical Center and all off-site locations.
- Collects data, monitors staff compliance with relevant policies, directives, and standards, and provides reports detailing trends.
- Provides direct staff support to all services in planning, designing, integrating, implementing, modifying, and administering, a comprehensive quality management program area.
- Participates in facility councils, committees, and workgroups.
- Preferred Experience: MSN Primary Care Experience Quality Manager Experience 2 years progressive leadership Supervisory Controls: The incumbent is responsible to the assigned rating and approving supervisors and is accountable to the Chief of Quality Management.

Requirements
