Duties

  • Supports and develops implementation plans of the Command Group's policies and programs.
  • Assigns, tasks, and provides guidance to staff offices in response to urgent and routine requests for information and recommendations on issues of operations, current events, strategy, plans, command and control issues.
  • Coordinates Operations Summary and Operational Calendars by facilitating Operations meetings.
  • Reviews all tasks and Operation Orders , both external and internal, to ensure task, and orders are entered into the task management system within established timelines and assigned to the appropriate Divisions/offices.
  • Studies and evaluates issues and data of content and knowledge of functional assignments throughout the organization, recommending assignment of actions to appropriate staff elements, with specific direction concerning type of response required.
