Duties

  • SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Special Warfare Training Wing's Pipeline Scheduling Program Coordinator, TRQI Manager and Scheduling Technician, applying Air Force Special Operations training knowledge and/or Base Education Training Manager experience, to plan, coordinate, organize, and execute necessary policies, regulations, directives and procedures for the establishment and maintenance for the Scheduling and training of the following seven Air Force Special Operations programs: Special Tactics Officer initial skills training (STO), Combat Rescue Officer initial skills training (CRO), Tactical Air Party Officer initial skills training (TACPO), Combat Control Technician initial skills training (CCT), Pararescue initial skills training (PJ), Tactical Air Party initial skills training (TACP) and Special Reconnaissance initial skills training (SR).
  • DUTIES Applies Air Force Special Operations training flow knowledge and /or Base Education Training Manager experience to develop, and evaluate detailed pipeline plans, goals, and objectives to construct and implement the Training Schedule Pipeline for Special Warfare Airmen, enlisted and officer students (Individually).
  • Manage, review, prioritize and coordinate student pipeline actions.
  • Coordinates with several agencies for proper movement of student personnel.
  • Analyzes and interprets trainee management and accounting data.
  • Utilize TTMS Student Management, TTMS COGNOS, Learner Management System (LMS) and OTA products to analyze training management and accounting data.
  • Analyzes data on student production, elimination, washback's, and proficiency advancements trends and recommends action to resolve problems.

Appointment of military members before the release or discharge date is permissible if the member is on terminal leave. Active duty members applying for a civil service position without submitting a valid certification memo or DD-Form 214 with their application will render the member ineligible for the position. The certification memo must originate from the member’s military service branch on official letterhead and contain the following: Name/Rank/Grade of Service Member Branch of Armed Forces Dates of Active Service (Start and End Date(s) Expected Date of Discharge/Release from Active Duty Terminal leave start date (if applicable) Expected character of service (honorable or general) and type of separation (i.e. separation or retirement) Must be certified within 120 days of anticipated discharge Signature by, or by direction of the adjutant, personnel office, unit commander, or higher headquarters commander.
